Technique 1. Don't criticize, condemn or complain.

Technique 2. Give honest and sincere appreciation.
" The big secret in dealing with people."
This means that your biggest secret you can have with someone is honest and sincere with them because if you lose that they won't believe no more. Without honest love gets lost, without caring love is boring, without honesty love is unhappy, and with out trust, love is unstable. Learn to be honest with yourself , before you expect others to be honest with you. Everyone may want the truth but never the honest. Be sincere with your thoughts. Know your feelings. You will not have to run for happiness. Happiness will run to you. The secret of success is sincerity.
Technique 3. Arouse in the other person an eager want. "He who can do this has the whole world with him. He who cannot, walks a lonely way." Eager means wanting to do or have something very much. We all start eager at the beginning when we do something, depends on us weather we keep up with that emotion or leave it. We will want to do something but we need to have that eager to do it the want. Because without the want in your things it will be impossible. You are responsible on ether you will accomplish things or not. Look at the people you talk to ether they will lead you to the right path or make you change direction to the wrong. Friends come and go and have that eager to leave the ones that are not good for you.
Final Refection: I feel really good about this three techniques. Because it is true we look for this things in people who wan to be close to us for our friends. Many people fail to give all of this to someone. And i think people showed know the truth about what honesty is and that acre to be around people you like. Because right now in this time people be losing friends for dumb reason that nobody knows. People have to know that people wan to be with them but if they give everything and promise it.
