Leadership 

The action of leading a group, yourself, or an organization. 

Leadership to me is important in life because you will have to lead yourself to the right path to success. And make the decisions you have to make wither its good or bad. In school also it is really nice to be a leader in a group project because you have control to all the members in a group. It's also hard because you are in control on everything. Having leadership in you will lead you to success because you, yourself will lead you to the right path you need to be in.
